The Quilting Place provides quality longarming services at reasonable prices. We offer all-over designs you can view on the Patterns page as well as custom quilting to give a unique accent to your work.

Longarm Quilting Pricing

We charge $4.50 per square foot for an all-over design. This price includes the batting. If you supply your own batting, it’s $4.00 per square foot. There is also a $10.00 thread charge for each quilt. (There will be an additional charge for multiple thread changes.) Shipping is additional.

Shipping

Shipping is an additional fee – please contact us for a custom shipping quote for your quilt.

Binding

If you would like your quilt professionally bound, the charge is 25 cents an inch. For a quilt 67 inches by 80 inches, the charge would be $73.50. Binding is sewn to the top and hand-stitched to the backing.

Custom Quilting

Custom quilting is $12 a square foot. With show quilts, we typically use two battings so $1 a square foot for both battings would apply.

Finishing & Embroidery

We offer finishing services to assist in the completion of your quilt prior to longarming, such as sewing on borders or piecing together backing fabric, as well as binding after the longarming is complete.

Also, we offer embroidery services to create custom labels for your work. We have thousands of graphics and font options to choose from. Please ask us how we can personalize your quilt for any occasion.
